Please note: Cancellation within 6 months of the start date will incur a $50 cancellation fee
Current subscribers can keep their subscriptions as long as they like.
Starting on July 1, 2024, we may be discontinuing some of our subscriptions for new subscribers and some packages to convert to our VIP program
Report cards:
Starting on Nov. 1, there will be a $2 charge for report cards and they will be considered an additional service that will need to be requested when making a reservation or at chek-in. First day dogs, VIPs and subscribers will NOT be charged and will receive a report card
