🐾 Getting Started
1. Before You Book
Please make sure your pet has up-to-date vaccination records.
Dogs must have:
- Rabies
- Parvo & Distemper (DHPP)
- Puppies under 12 months: clear fecal test (including giardia)
Cats must have:
- Rabies
- FVRCP
- Must be at least 4 months old
📌 We accept titer tests for Parvo & Distemper with a vet note.
2. Spay / Neuter Requirements
- Male dogs: must be neutered by 8 months
- Female dogs: must be spayed by 12 months
- We do not accept females in heat
This helps keep all dogs safe in group play.
3. Health & Safety Requirements
- All pets must be flea- and tick-free
- Pets should be on a preventative program
- If fleas are found, a flea bath will be required ($20)
We may contact you if your pet shows signs of illness or injury.
4. Temperament Test
All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation for social daycare or boarding.
- Required for social daycare & social boarding
- Private boarding may not require a test
- Dogs not here in the last 6 months may need a re-evaluation or 1–2 daycare days before boarding
5. Visiting the Facility
You’re welcome to stop by and view the facility through our windows and chat with staff.
- Weekends are best
- We do not offer back-of-house tours for safety
- Video tours of our facility are available on the bottom of our home page
6. How to Get Started
- Register on our website
- Sign required agreements
- Upload vaccination records
- Text us so we can review your account

To book:
- Go to “Register / Book”
- Select “First Day / Daycare / Boarding / Classes”
- Schedule your first visit (drop-off by 10 AM)
7. Daycare Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📌 Check-in required by 12:00 PM or a fee will incur
8. What to Bring
Daycare:
- Food optional (we recommend feeding at home)
- Your dog on leash
Overnight stays:
- Your dog’s food
- Any medications
We provide bedding and bowls. Toys and blankets are optional for private boarding only.
📌 Food/salmon kibble provided by us, if needed: $5 per meal
9. Overnight Boarding
- Staff on site 24/7
- Dogs sleep in supervised play areas or private suites
- Social boarding requires temperament approval
Private boarding guests receive:
- 3 daily potty breaks
- Optional add-on enrichment services
10. Optional Add-Ons
- Walks & enrichment sessions (15–30 min)
- Outside potty time (10–15 min)
- Training sessions (Monday and Thursday)
- Grooming services (appointment required)
11. Safety Notes
- Minor scratches can occur during play
- We supervise all group interactions closely
- Emergency contacts must be current
- Dogs showing illness may be sent home for safety
12. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Lobby hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7 AM – 7 PM
- Sat–Sun: 8 AM – 6 PM
📌 All dogs must check in by 12 PM or a fee will incur
- Early drop-off / late pick-up: $25 (by approval only)
- Grace period: 1 minute after closing
- Late pickup after grace period may become an overnight stay
13. Cancellation Policy
- Daycare / Grooming: $25 fee for same-day cancel or no-show
- Boarding: 1-night charge for same-day cancel or no-show
