How do I begin?

  • Make sure you have current vaccination records for your dog. We require that your dog is current on their Rabies, Distemper and Parvo vaccines. We will get those from you when making your reservation.
  • All dogs must be at least 4 months old and completed puppy vaccinations. 
  • Male dogs over 9 months old must be neutered and females over 12 months must be spayed. We do not accept female dogs in heat. However, neutering is a case by case requirement based on dog's behavior. We may require neuter procedures for continued attendance at the facility earlier than 9 months or they may be fine past 9 months. This is for the safety, well-being and happiness of all of our dogs. 
  • All dogs must be free of fleas and ticks and on a preventative plan. If we do find fleas on your dog, we will administer a flea bath immediately (at the owner’s expense) and notify you. Flea baths are not preventative care.

What’s next?

  • Schedule your first free half day (up to 5 hours). Your dog(s) must complete this first day assessment before any future reservations can be made. We only temperament test Monday - Friday with drop off between 7am-11am.
  • If your dog passes & stays with us past the 5 hours on their first 1/2 day, you will pay the difference between 1/2 day and full day ($10).
  • Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of your reservation or you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.


  • Monday through Friday we have daycare from 7:00am - 7:00pm. Saturday from 9am-2pm. You can add a 1 hour day training to your pup's day or a pack walk adventure. Training and pack walks will be a scheduled "additional service" option and based on availability.
  • All dogs must pass a temperament test for daycare. All pack walk dogs must be good on/off a leash or currently in training with our trainer. If your dog is in day training, they will be able to do a pack walk as part of training.

What can we bring?

  • If your dog is here for day care, we recommend you feed them at home. If your dog is here for overnight stays, you must bring your own food and any medications they need. 
  • We do recommend you leave toys and blankets at home. If you bring them, please be aware that they may get dirty or soiled since your pup may be with other dogs in our sitter's homes. 

Overnight Stays:

  • Many of our overnights are with our pet sitters in their home. Overnight dogs staying with Patrick need to be dropped off by 3pm.
  • We also have in facility boarding for dogs that we open up once our sitters are booked. 
  • Each dog will need to pass the temperament test. 
  • Bedding, toys and blankets are provided, so please just bring your dog's food and medication, if needed.
  • We do have crates with our sitters and in-facility if your dog prefers to sleep in their own bed. No need to bring your crates or beds.

Potty breaks:

  • All of our dogs are inside all day for daycare. We have found that they do not regress in their potty training and treat daycare like an inside dog park. If you do want your dog to get a potty break/walk outside, you can add on a 15 minute walk for an extra $10 or an hour long pack walk for $30 (packages available)
  • If you purchase a package or monthly subscription, adventure packs walks are now included (see Rates page).

Baths (by appointment):

  • We offer baths/full service Wed - Sat every week. We can do everything except the haircut right now. We also have add-on service such as de-shed treatment, nail trims, gland expression and teeth brushing.
  • If you cancel on the same day of your reservation or do not show up, a $25 cancellation fee applies.

Drop-Off, Pick-Up and Checkout

  • Lobby hours for drop-off and pick-up are 7:00am - 7:00pm (M-F); 9:00am - 2:00pm (Sat.)
  • Overnight dogs staying with Patrick need to be dropped off before 3pm, which is when he normally leaves for the day.
  • Payment is due upon checkout or may be made in advance at check-in. If your stay is longer than 7 days or over a holiday, we will require a 50% deposit at check-in.
  • We do have a 5 min grace period after closing, but there is a $20 late pick-up fee after hours. If you are more than 30 min late, we will change your dog's reservation to an overnight and you can pick up the following day. Thank you for understanding.
